Boulder Engineering Studio Named 2020 Colorado Company to Watch

Boulder Engineering Studio announced today that it has been named one of the Colorado Companies to Watch for 2020. Colorado Companies to Watch is an annual award that celebrates innovative and impactful second stage companies in the state of Colorado. These companies make an impact on Colorado’s economy by collectively providing thousands of jobs and contributing millions of dollars of revenue.

Boulder Engineering Studio (BES) was founded in 2010 and provides project design and product development for a variety of applications and diverse clientele. Their strength comes from an unparalleled breadth and depth of in-house engineering talent. This allows them to quickly adapt to a client’s needs and complete projects in timelines that other design firms cannot touch.

BES brings it all under one roof - software, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering. The key to modern product development and innovation is the ability to integrate ideas from across many disciplines and fields. Their multifaceted teams have produced work for cancer research to consumer wearables, industrial manufacturing systems to interactive art brings a unique and creative approach to problem-solving and engineering. Over the course of 10 years, BES has completed over 200 successful engineering projects, many on extremely short timelines.

Colorado Companies to Watch is a non profit program that recognizes businesses making a positive impact on the Colorado economy. Over 1000 nominations were received by the CCTW volunteer judges which was reduced to fifty winners for the 2020 calendar year. Judges are selected as leaders within their industry. Winners are second stage companies recognized for their success in the marketplace, strong growth potential, economic impact, and innovative products and processes. Each Winner receives a year’s worth of benefits including media attention and exposure, facilitated local celebrations with influential community leaders, as well as exclusive access to a professional leadership retreat. Honorees also join an elite group of Alumni who meet and network throughout the year in addition to several other valuable opportunities.
